- 2 cups cannellini bean, drained and rinsed
- 2 bunches asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp aji amarillo paste
- ½ cups vegetable broth

How to make it

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet; add the cannellini bean, asparagus, and salt.

Stir in the lime juice, cumin, aji amarillo paste and vegetable broth. Cook until the cannellini bean is hot and the vegetables are tender.

Cook until the asparagus is tender and the vegetable broth lightly coats the cannellini bean.
