  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp aji amarillo paste
  • 3 cups quinoa
  • ¾ cups vegetable broth

How to make it
