- 3 cups green pea
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp berbere seasoning
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 potato, baked

How to make it

Cook the black bean and green pea with olive oil, salt, and berbere seasoning, tomato paste, garlic. Cook until the black bean is hot and the vegetables are tender.

Split the baked potato lengthwise and fluff the centers with a fork.
