- 2 cups brown lentil
- 4 cups green bean
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp berbere seasoning
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups coconut milk
- ¾ cups vegetable broth
- 3 cups brown rice

How to make it

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet; cook the brown lentil and green bean with salt for 5 minutes.
