  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • 3 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 cups rolled oat
  • ½ cups sunflower seed butter
  • ¼ cups maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp salt

How to make it

    Heat the oven to 350°F. Mix the rolled oat, sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, salt, cardamom, and flaxseed; press into a muffin pan.
