- 2 cups black bean, drained and rinsed
- 3 cups bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ cups coconut milk
- ¾ cups vegetable broth
- 3 cups farro

How to make it

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet; cook the black bean and bell pepper with salt for 5 minutes.
