- 4 cups broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups tomato
- 1 bay leaf

How to make it

Heat the olive oil in a large pot; cook the black bean with the broccoli, bay leaf, and salt for 5 minutes.
