- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dill
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 6 cups romaine

How to make it

Whisk the dijon mustard, dill, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and salt in a large bowl.

Cook the chicken breast if needed, then cool slightly. Cook the chicken breast until the center reaches 165°F.

Storage & leftovers
