  • 3 cups artichoke heart, drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 4 whole-wheat tortilla
  • 2 cups spinach

How to make it
