- 2 cups black bean, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups butternut squash, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 potato, baked

How to make it

Cook the black bean and butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and smoked paprika, thyme, garlic. Cook until the black bean is hot and the vegetables are tender.
