  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 whole-grain bread

How to make it

    Heat the oven to 425°F. Cook the chicken breast and green pea with olive oil and salt. Cook the chicken breast until the center reaches 165°F.
