- 12 oz wheat pasta
- 1½ lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 3 cups zucchini, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp aji amarillo paste

How to make it

Cook the wheat pasta according to the package directions; reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet; cook the chicken breast with the zucchini, salt, and lime juice, cumin, aji amarillo paste. Cook the chicken breast until the center reaches 165°F.

Fold in the wheat pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed to coat the chicken breast and zucchini.
Storage & leftovers
Refrigerate in a covered container within 2 hours and use within 4 days.
Reheat leftovers to 165°F throughout.
