  • 1½ lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups romaine

How to make it

    Whisk the cumin, cinnamon, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt into a dressing.

    Cook the chicken breast with the broccoli in a large skillet. Cook the chicken breast until the center reaches 165°F.

    Divide the millet and romaine among bowls, add the chicken breast and broccoli, and spoon over the dressing.

Storage & leftovers
