  • 4 cups snap pea
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

How to make it

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet; cook the chicken breast with the snap pea, salt, and dijon mustard, thyme, lemon juice. Cook the chicken breast until the center reaches 165°F.
